FABRICATION
Over the last ten years we have provided a high quality metal fabrication service, covering the full range of the creative industry. We specialise in working with steel and aluminium, completing projects of varying scale from our workshop in Hertfordshire.
We work closely with artists, designers and architects to produce sculpture, furniture and products for industry. We produce accurate and well-finished pieces that comply to a variety of timescales, briefs and budgets.

DESIGN
We use Fusion360. We can work from rough sketches, pre-existing drawings that need adjusting or from complete plans. We offer a free consultation to discuss your project. Our in-house CAD service makes bringing your ideas into a digital space easy. In addition to drawings we can also produce card and ABS maquettes.
FABRICATION
We are skilled fabricators who can work in all materials including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Depending on your requirements, our metal fabrication service can be stand-alone or part of a fully integrated, project-managed service. We have a large network of industry contacts for prototyping, including: CNC, laser, water jet and injection moulding.
REPAIR
We combine experience and expertise to deliver the most up-to-date, reliable, cost effective and high quality solution for repairs. We have experience repairing and restoring sculpture furniture and cars. We are part of a conservation network who can help you with more specialist projects.

ENVIRONMENT
We are aware that every project has an environmental impact. We fastidiously recycle all material and will always suggest the most economical way to start your project in order to use minimum waste. We are active in a community of metal fabricators who are committed to training and updating processes to benefit the future of our planet.
EQUALITY
We are a female-led team who have all experienced unconscious bias and unfair treatment based on gender. We have a no tolerance policy for sexism in the workshop and we pride ourselves on being an open, friendly space where everyone is given the right support to get the best result for their project.
MENTORING
We are committed to passing our skills on to a younger generation through our mentoring scheme ORE PROJECTS. The aim of the programme is to nurture young talent, as well as normalise and empower women and LGBTQIA+ individuals wanting to, or already working within, the metal fabrication industry.

I don't know how to use CAD.
Can you work from a sketch or idea?
We often work with artists to interpret their ideas into physical objects. Our background in sculpture means we are in-tune with making sure the finished work retains the initial concept. We are happy to guide you through the process and tailor the involvement of the artist to what is required.
What should I include in my initial enquiry?
Please include the desired materials and finish, dimensions, lead time
and budget. If you do not have all of this information available don't worry, one of our friendly team members will help you in a consultation.
How much will it cost?
Lead times and prices vary depending on the project. 50% of the project cost is due upfront. We will order what is required immediately after the first payment is made. The second payment is due on completion of the work. For more information please see our
